SYNTHESIS OF FUNCTIONAL NANOPARTICLES FOR APPLICATION IN INKJET PRINTING

Ag nanoflakes were synthesized by chemical reduction method using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as a surfactant. The results of transmission electron microscope (TEM) analysis, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopic (UV-Vis) X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis showed that the obtained had size ~50 – 60 nm, thickness 16 with flake shape reached 96 %. particles crystallized in cubic structure Ag. pH = 4 dispersed stably after days from synthesis. properties suitable for them conductive fabrication functional inks electrohydrodynamic printing technique.
